Consignment
is about bringing items from the consignors to sell for the customers. The consignors will keep ownership until the items are sold, and then they earn a percentage of the sale price. If it doesn’t sell in consignment period, consignors can take it back or the store may donate it
FAQs
When do I get paid?
Once your consigned items sell, you’ll receive 40% of the sale price. Items are on consignment for 60 days. You can pick up your earnings any time after an item sells , or use the credit toward a purchase in the store.
How can I check the status of my consignment?
You can check your consignment account status online. Your initial login is the email address we have on file for you. You’ll be able to see which items have sold and your current balance.
What type of items can I consign with?
We accept gently used clothing, shoes, accessories, furniture, and select baby items. All items should be clean, in good condition, and free of damage, pet hair, or odors. Please bring them neatly folded or laid flat in a box or basket.
Do I need to use proof of residency?
We require all consignors to provide an address, phone number and email so we can contact you if something comes up on your account.
How many items may I consign at once?
You can consign up to 20 items per week per household. During our busier season (September -November) we may limit this to 10 items per week. Items must be seasonally appropriate and in sellable condition.
